Lloyd-Vest cares deeply about the privacy of its visitors and users and is fully committed to protect their personal information and use it properly in compliance with data privacy laws. This policy describes how I may collect and use personal information, and the rights and choices available to our visitors and users regarding such information.

Lloyd-Vest does not affiliate with 3rd party companies via this website or use 'Cookie' or any other application to collect or use your personal data collected from site visitors or registered users.


The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide you with a clear explanation of when, why and how I collect and use your personal information, as well as an explanation of your statutory rights.  This Privacy Policy is not intended to override the terms of any contract you have with me, nor any rights you might have under applicable data privacy laws.

Individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable efforts cause the identification of an individual, or may be of private or sensitive nature (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information collected by me mainly consists of contact details (e.g., e-mail address or phone number).

3. How do I collect such information?

There are TWO main methods Lloyd-Vest collects personal information:

  1. I collect information which you provide voluntarily. For example, when you register on my mailing list, I collect basic personal information that is relevant to this service.

  2. I collect information through the use of my service. For example, when clients of confirmed photography sessions complete and sign a customer agreement form. 

4. Why do I collect such information?

I collect such Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;​

  2. To provide my Users with ongoing customer assistance and support;

  3. To be able to contact my Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To facilitate, sponsor and offer certain contests, events and promotions, contact winners and grant prizes and benefits; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

I will only use your Personal Information for the purposes set out in Section 4 where I am satisfied that:

  1. my use of your Personal Information is necessary to perform a contract or take steps to enter into a contract with you (e.g. to provide you with customer assistance and support), or

5. Where do I store your information?

Registered users, clients and visitor information is processed and stored at Lloyd-Vest in Denmark.

Upon request, Lloyd-Vest will provide you with information about whether I hold any of your Personal Information. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your Personal Information by emailing natasha@lloydvest.com

6. Communications from Lloyd-Vest?

Promotional Messages; 

I may use your Personal Information to send you promotional content and messages by e-mail.

If you do not wish to receive such promotional messages you may notify me at any time by replying to an email with "unsubscribe".

I take steps to limit the promotional content I send you to a reasonable and proportionate level, and to send you information which I believe may be of interest or relevance to you, based on your information.
